WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If a situation occurs where merchandise needs to be returned, please make sure all items are unused and in the condition you received them within 7 days of receiving the item.
Requests for returns past 7 days cannot be accepted unfortunately, thank you for understanding.
We do not accept returns on custom or sale items.

LapisDragonArtsStore is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

DO YOU PROVIDE CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS?

We accept custom orders, specifically regarding obtaining a particular piece of art in a different format (card, print, canvas, poster etc.) Please contact our shop prior to placing an order. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Online purchases include major credit cards, PayPal and debit. Local clients may choose manual payment (cash or cheque) upon delivery.
Direct orders can be paid via e-transfer, cash, credit, or debit through the Square.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Small items that can fit within an envelope will be shipped as lettermail and will not include tracking information. 
Large items will be shipped as a parcel and will include tracking and insurance through Canada Post at additional cost to the customer.
