Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items are available at a reduced price for local pick-up, please message us for more information.

We accept custom orders, specifically regarding obtaining a particular piece of art in a different format (card, print, canvas, poster etc.) Please contact our shop prior to placing an order. Unfortunately we do not accept personalized orders at the time.

Small items that can fit within an envelope will be shipped as lettermail and will not include tracking information. 
Large items will be shipped as a parcel and will include tracking and insurance through Canada Post.
